PROBLEM STATEMENT
Design an Employer Branding Strategy for the tech arm of one of the largest hedge funds in the world. They were looking to build a presence in India and hire quality tech and product talent. They were a nimble organisation offering best in class compensation and culture for all rounded employee well-being.
SOLUTION
We began by understanding their core pillars of culture , the market perception and the personas they were looking to hire in the long and short term. This helped develop an EVP that leveraged their benefits as an organisation. We also developed a content marketing strategy along with a risk analysis for the Talent Acquisition teams.
