Bettina Grab and Melanie Adamson, founders of Alder, a full-service climate tech marketing agency (1% for the Climate Member), were looking to unlock new business through their social channels, substack, and marketing community.

We developed a two-pronged strategy to drive revenue for Alder & Co.
They are a growth marketing agency that can support mid-stage, late-stage, and international consumer brands with marketing needs. The social channels were optimized for late-stage and international consumer brands. Mel and Bettina’s combined experience of more than 40+ years in energy and consumer space complimented the strategy and propelled growth of the channel.
Secondly, we positioned our thought leadership newsletter and Slack community for early and mid-stage climate tech marketers and marketing hat-wearing founders. We are on track for more than 15% MoM in organic growth.
